St Augustine Villa has stood through the Great Depression, both World Wars, 100+ hurricane seasons, the Spanish Flu pandemic and more. It's also seen advances in technology like residential electricity and the earliest home telephones. It has witnessed the Beverly family gathered around gramophones, radios, black and white TVs, to flat screens and iPads!
